Please note MANN uP can only work with clients/participants in either a face-to-face or online format who reside in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
fees
The standard fee for a personal programme session (i.e. a Personal Advancement, Life Landmark, or Mindfit programme) in either a face-to-face or online format is £45.
The standard fee for a joint programme session (i.e. Joint Advancement or Relationship Landmark programme) in a face-to-face format is £60.
The standard fee for an Introductory Session (where you can come along and find out more about MANN uP services and help define the type of service that would be beneficial for you to engage in) is £15.
concessions
MANN uP never wants someone who wishes to engage with its services and who feels they would benefit from participating in a programme to be prevented to doing so on the basis of affordability.
There is a need to charge for sessions to cover the costs of venue hire, travel expenses and staff time etc.
However, if the full fee presents a challenge for you, please do still get in touch to discuss the possibility of a concession rate. If it is at all possible, MANN uP will still try to accommodate you, and if it cannot, it will provide you with information on other free or low cost services that you could consider as an alternative.
MANN uP has a limited number of concession rate spaces available for counselling trainees to show support for developing capacity to support psychological wellbeing in others.
booking
You can get started with MANN uP by organising your no obligation Introductory Session using the link below.
Please indicate if you have a preference for working face-to-face or online.
Download the MANN uP Online vs Face-to-Face Counselling Leaflet (Dec 21)
MANN uP has a limited number of slots available to offer on a 'first come/first book basis' so may not always be able to accommodate your time/day preferences but will do its best to do so (often this will be down to venue availability and other client bookings).
Subsequent to your enquiry, MANN uP will come back to you as soon as is possible with details of slots that are available for you to then decide if you wish to proceed and book in.
If at all possible, it is a good idea to set up at the start of your programme provisional bookings for a few sessions in advance to let both sides make arrangements to fit the programme in alongside other commitments.

cancellations
Due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue that arises that forces reprioritisation, it may become necessary to cancel a session.
If MANN uP needs to cancel a session, you will be contacted as soon as possible to be informed of this, offered an alternative session time and not charged for the session that is cancelled.
If for any reason you are unable to attend a session and need to reschedule, please make contact with MANN uP at least 24 hours prior to your session time to inform us. Failure to do so will result in you still being charged the full rate for the missed session.
ending a programme
If participating in a programme, you are free to end it at any time you wish. You do not have to give advance notice to end a programme.
Planned Ending: However if you can give an indication that you would like to bring your programme to an end, that will give time and space for both you and the MANN uP Representative to plan and prepare for a positive ending experience that works best for you.
Unplanned Ending: If you decide to have an unplanned ending to your programme (by simply stopping coming to sessions and/or being in contact) your MANN uP Representative will not make contact with you to find out why you have ended your participation in the programme. This is to preserve your autonomy as the client to decide if you want to participate and when you no longer wish to do so.
If for whatever reason you cannot attend a session, please get in touch via any of the methods on the Contact page on this website as soon as possible.
All sessions last for 50 minutes unless otherwise negotiated and agreed in advance.
